CSM Question. Prescience + Warpsight Plea = Auto Hit?

Just want to confirm an interaction.
Prescience = Psyker ability 1 to hit on a unit. Warpsight Plea = Prayer 1 to hit (ranged) on a unit.
Say you got both of these off onto a blob of Noise Marines with a bs of 3 , would that mean you auto hit for ranged attacks?
If so, running this as a 20 blob with endless cacophony, 2x blastmasters, sonic blasters... that's about 120 auto hit shots... that sounds disgusting.
