Tweaking Tau list (Farsight enclaves)

So I've been tweaking a 2000 points list and I have enough points to take either a second riptide (my first has a high output burst cannon) or another commander in XV86 armour (current commander has 4 fusion blasters). I'm still super new to tau and I'm not sure which will help more, plz help
