Found a deal....thinking about diving in. Advice??

So I found what appears to be a screaming good deal on several models and codices. I've never played WH40K but I've been digging in to the lore for awhile now and have definitely had my interest peaked.

So the pricing goes

Recruit edition : $16 Space Marines Codex : $16 Necron Codex : $16 Necron Triarch Praetorians : $15 Space Marines Primaris Hell Blasters : $17 Space Marines Primaris Aggressors : $15 Paint and Tools set : $15 Rattle cans of Black and White Primer : $6 each Nuln Oil : $3 Agrax Earthshade : $3

I was going to pick up at least 2 of the recruit editions plus the other things. Anything else I should add? Or things I should drop and save my money for further army building?

Like I said I'm absolutely brand new and this and would love any advice.
