Im currently kitbashing a warhammer set because my best friend wants to play i wanted a dope looking successor chapter. So far so good, ive been pretty excited to get it done and ive even been putting a little bit into their lore too, but i really dont want to get into that until im closer to done. Its just a 10 mini set so i should get it soon. Ive been trying to take it slow and accumulate the stuff i need as i go though, because this is also my first set in general and my biggest worry is making them look good. Ive got plenty of experience sculpting in other mediums atleast, and i was surprised just how much this scratched that itch for me after having to give it up a few years ago. Anyways, the main reason i was posting was to see what the size difference looked like between the gretchin and space marines. I saw a pack of gretchin at the local hobby store and i think theyd sere as great decoration for the bases if nothing else. Just wanted to see before i waste the 20 bucks.
