Hey guys could any of you spare a sec to help me out with something?

Ok so I’m big into black templars absolutely love them but a lot of my models have 3D printed parts added like helmets etc. And I would like to make a custom chapter that I can run as anything I would like to go along with them.

My question is regarding rules so if I wanted to play as say space wolves and take Bjorn the fellhanded can I do that? And if I can do I paint said character in the same colours as the rest of my army?

Also would this be tournament legal or do I have to use sub chapter rules?
