Mordiean Iron Guard

How would one start a Iron guard army since there’s no start collecting? Looking over the lore there uniforms are bright and appealing and the astra militarum models don’t resemble that to me. Mostly I’d be running a tank heavy army so that’s not an issue at all. Just looking for tips.
