Necron Immortals + Overlord +Triarch Stalker = ?

Immortals with Tesla: "Each hit roll of 6 with this weapon causes 3 hits instead of one."
Triarch Stalker: "You can re-roll hit rolls of 1 for any friendly Necron (...)"
Overlord: "(...) Add 1 to Advance, charge and hit rolls of that unit. (...)"
--> Yeah, my Immortals now do 3 hits on rolls of 5&6! ...but wait, does this cancel out the Overlord ability because any 1 I roll becomes a 2?
