Hi, Recently, I got and painted a Commander Dante mini as a decoration piece for my desk. And the more I stare at it, the more I want a blood angles army. and now I caved in, but the thing is, I am not sure of a few things. Do I follow the codex astartes rules? are there units I am not allowed to use, and if there are, where can I find them? is there a 10th edition codex for Blood Angles cause I saw it in their store but I saw a video that said the codex will change in December so do I wait?

I usually follow the books and just got in the tabletop any must-have units for the army I am planning on getting some sanguinary guard from Etsy cause they have the wings on the jump-packs. (also are 3D printed minis allowed?)
