Obviously Orks are the happiest, but who has overall the ābest livesā? Is it LoV? Tyranids donāt really feel emotion individually, so they donāt count either.

That and you only have to worry about incompetence rather than malevolence from your leaders. They can make utterly horrendous decisions but they actually care and if you die they're going to take it personally.
Craftworlders are the only ones with "good" leaders. Warp sauce just isn't a good advisor.
