So today i did paint my very first Space Marine. Everything went well until i started drybrushing. I wiped all the paint of the brush on a piece of paper. But when i started drybrushing there was still to much paint on the brush. So with 1 stroke a leg of the Ultramarine was white again instead of blue. So i had to do some fixing. Lucky this is a test model, so it was no big deal. I am very happy with how the eyes turned out. I used a bright green and put a layer of gloss varnish on it to make it very shiny. It worked out very well, but sadly you cant see it on the photo. I am also very happy with how the bolter turned out. So besides the drybrush mistake also some good things happend with trying things out.
Now its time to watch some drybrushing tutorials. haha. I need to learn.
What is your opinion about my Ultramarine? Just be honest and give some good criticism, i want to improve my skil
(I put the links to the photos on my twitter here. because Reddit somehow doesnt add my photos to the post)
