Should I prime the sprue?

Hey I am still new to the hobby and one thing I learned while painting my infernus marines is that I shouldn’t assemble them completely at the start and I should paint then assemble. That being said, should I prime my whole sprue of intercessors since priming all the Little pieces seems hard. I use can primmer FYI.
