A year or more ago I recall seeing a really good piece of art someone made that showed a human warrior (I think a non-giant robot knight) collapsed on the edge of a cliff overlooking an ominous Necron structure in the distance. I believe the artist had attached a short story to it in the comments giving it backstory that the collapsed warrior had been sent to the area for reasons I don't fully recall, it involved the fate of their people I think.

Sorry I cannot give mor information or details on it, it was just a really cool piece of fanart showing a nice contrast between ancient Necron high-tech paired with the imagery of a more natural scape and the neat story attached.
