Librarian head missing from leviathen box

Hey everyone I opened my box to realize the head for my librarian somehow came off sprew and was no where to be seen. Had a terminater knee guard Fall off also but found that. So I was lucky to have a spare head from a dark angels primaries upgrade set laying around.
Ill probably pull it off again to paint since I realized it would be hard to get to the side of the head. Anyone else have something similar happen to there box?
