Imagine Earth in it's natural state, no humans to spoil it. Forests streaching as far as eye can see. Now consider ALL of it's fauna and flora brought from Terra, a long time ago, brought and modified to be more specific. But hey, as wise man once said "Science isn't about WHY, it's about WHY NOT". And when you are obsessed with folclore and criptids, AND had about 10-20k years of sheer boredom, and Age of Dark Technology stuff, well. Think Catachan, but WORSE. If it's not poisonous, it's venomous, if neither it's either radioactive or is gifted with psychic powers.

Jackalope, miniature gryphons, perytons? Eh, just "harmless" vermin. Mega-flora trying to eat you? Welcome to the easy mode.

But even Emperor won't protect you from more insidious dangers.

You heard a crack under your pal boot? Well, where marine stood fraction of second before you have a nice round plate leaking pink slush of what's left of him. Carefull not to step on Gravity Snails. Getting from less than 2 to 50g in fraction of a second is not nice no matter if you get crushed or send into orbit.

Oh no, Bolter Ants got into your armor? Don't worry, there's a nice, clear pool just to your left, water should help, right? Especially if it have this nice, bluish pure glow to it. Funny, it's getting stronger... you just disturbed Cherenkov Spawn.

Well, you got to this nice clearing with bunch of owls, wait... what does that owl look familiar? Mama, is that you?

Others nightmares include but are not limited to: Astartes Eating Bees (after eating them alive, they use armor for new hives) Cameleocrocs (thought it was a puddle, but then it starteddeathrolling) Pneumatic trees. Electricity conducting trees. And more. (To be completly honest I made NORMAL monsters, but my bf, as a GM is naturally way more sadistic ;P)

Anyway, what do you think the reaction would be?
