So a few months ago I got into Warhammer. Played Darktide, Im watching videos, reading the HH books. Everything was good. I knew I would eventually buy models and paint them, but I still needed to do a lot of research.

Well that suddenly changed. I clicked on an EonsOfBattle video on YT where he was talking about some box sets that GW released. One of them being the Salamanders Warforged Strike Force. Suddenly, I was a man possessed. I didn't even shop around, I just went to amazon, looked it up, and bought it. It'll be here next week and I have no idea what I just bought.

Did I buy an advanced army? Do I still need to buy the core rule book and Salamander cortex? How many points is it worth? So many questions and more! I just need someone to say "Hey, here's what you got and what you can do with it." Cause this is my first ever army and I need someone to stop me from canceling the order.

P.S. thank the emporer I went to amazon. How is it cheaper there than on GW?
