Need some list advice

Making my first 30k list so definitely would appreciate some help.

Legion: Night Lords

1000pts

Rite of War: Terror Assault

Tartaros Praetor - 147 pts - Escaton power claw, volkite charger, preysight - Warlord: Flaymaster

Elites

Tartaros Terminator Squad - 263 pts - Preysight - Tartaros sergeant: Headsman's axe, volkite charger - 2x Tartaros: paired lightning claws - 3x Tartaros: Power fist, volkite charger

Troops

Tactical Squad - 160 pts - Dedicated transport: Rhino - Preysight - Tactical sergeant: bayonet - 9x Legionary: Bayonet

Heavy Support

Sicaran Arcus - 270 pts - Preysight - 2x Sponson mounted vulkite culverins, pyrax warheads, skyspear warhaeds, hunter-killer missile

General idea of the list is to force pinning checks with the siciran arcus. Move the tactical squads up the board to provide some distraction for the praetor tartaros squad. Tactical squads can cause a fair amount of damage on a pinned unit and are somewhat worrying on the charge. Night fighting causes -1 to leadership, everyone has fear so some decent leadership debuffs to hopefully force some pinning.

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!
