Over the weekend I decided to dive in head first and go all in. Finally got myself a terminator kit, had a free lesson at the local Warhammer store and built my first last night. Really took a liking to The Minotaurs so this is the result so far for my first ever mini and an attempt at the Minotaur theme. I'd love some recommendations on what I could do to help elevate my mini or just some feedback as well. (Purity seal will be done later once I have the proper colors) I feel I went to much on the Agrax Earthshade but beyond that I'm overall happy with the progress!

Yeah I noticed the wash issue almost right away. BUT it's a bit of a happy accident for me because in this case (at least in my very amateur eyes) it gives a slightly beaten look with i kind of like. Highlighting I definitely would like to do but man does it terrify me. I also want to make sure i have a smaller brush. If it's not too much, could you elaborate on how you would go about drybrushing?
