I just got to Pluto, everything is at 30 with Orokin catalyst and reactors including my pet. I've used Forma at least once on everything, drain isn't the problem. The problem is that it seems like I can't up my Health, armor, or Shields without spending 30K or 60K credits to get one more notch on one card. How do I improve from here?

I've heard about Prime frames, weapons, and mods but I don't have any or have any idea how they work.

Is it just a matter of pushing on through the story and a new facet will come up? Like the Quills or whatever? I haven't met them yet.
