Greetings my fellow tenno.

I've been on a hiatus for a few years since my main account got banned due to some childish people and money issues. I have recently decided to create a new account but am running into some issues with my frame rate. The game runs smoothly for cut scenes and gameplay runs smooth for about 20-30 seconds. After that, my frame rate drops from about 45 fps to 10 fps for about 10-15 seconds and then go back to normal for 10 seconds then just repeats the cycle. I've tried lowering all my graphic settings and it still does it. I am the my wits end and have no idea what to do anymore. Is there anyone here who can help me?
