How do i jump back in?

Hey all, I played Warframe for a bit and loved the game(about 600 hours). MOstly played alone. I was thinking of jumping back in but it has literally been a year. I left just before the railjack patch. Is this still a solo friendly game and where would you guys/gals recommend i hop in at. Warframe has so much content it is mighty overwhelming. Thoughts?
