Limbo Nueroptics Theorem problem (PS4)

I have 2 out of 3 proof fragments and I cannot figure out where to get a final one. For every other fragment the quest told me where to go to find one. Now the quest doesn’t have a location listed. Tried doing the arching mission on Mars multiple times but nothings dropped. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
