Ostron standing gains are broken

I started today on 95.5k/99k standing. I'm currently 6k standing into my daily cap, and despite my score screen telling me I've now hit the cap twice, both times extracting back to Cetus has dropped me back down to 98.5k. There's some serious issues somewhere with standing calculations.

Oh, and to add insult to injury, in my two attempts following that to try and hit the cap, I've had two 'Liberate and maintain control' bounties bug out and fail me by ticking down without spawning any enemies. PoE sure is fun!
