My account was compromised and someone charged 2100 plat into my account, spent it, then did a chargeback on the plat, so now i'm completely locked out due to insufficient credits. Which is all fine and dandy... I've reset my password and checked my system for malware. ect. I could log in for a day before the ban took effect.

So here's my issue; I put in a ticket on Dec 8th and have only gotten automated emails. I've missed out on basically all the content that's been pushed out over the past few weeks and all I can do is brood over twitter and check my email for signs of a response.

Anyone else have a shit time with DE's support? I'm very disappointed.
