New To The Game (Kind Of), goals to reach?

So I’ve played Warframe before, a few years ago on Xbox. Now I just started back up on PS4 and have Frost Prime from the Twitch Prime deal, and I’m MR 2. I know how to move fluidly and I’m not bad at PVE or PVP combat, I understand how mods and buffs work, but I still don’t really know what I should strive for in these early hours of playing. Any ideas of goals that would be good to accomplish?
