This warframe would be a glass cannon. The theme would be blood. Although he moves very fast and hits like a truck, he is also very brittle. His powers (except for Feed) spend less energy but demand his own health.

Passive: If he has <= 10% health left then he will deal 1.2x damage.

Stats below are at max level but without mods.

1st Power: Feed: Grabs the enemy and bites the opponent. This heals him 20 health per tick. Strength increases the health gained per tick. This deals no damage. Augment Mod gives him increased armor while feeding. Cost 25 energy

2nd Power: Expel: Sprays blood from his wrist which deals 300 corrosive damage per second. Range increases the size of the AOE. Maxing it out can wipe out a corridor. Efficiency also effects health drain per second. Augment Mod allows him to move around like Chroma's spectral scream. Cost 30 Energy. Cost 5 health per second.

3rd Power: Smite: Creates a bloody orb. Can spawn a maximum of three. Exploding them deals 200 blast damage and will cause enemies to be suspended mid air for 10 seconds and glow the color of your blood. To explode them hold down the input for the third power. If you press the explode input without the orbs, you will explode yourself instead and reform the next second. Efficiency also affects health cost. Range affects explosion radius, Strength affects the blast damage, Duration affects how long they are suspended for. Cost 50 energy. Cost 15 health per orb Drop. Cost 25 for self explosion. No cost for exploding the orbs.

4th Power: Mania: Transforms into a skeleton with blood pulsing and orbiting around him. Can either run very fast or fly anywhere (you dont fly as fast as you run in this mode.) You are immune to any damage done by the enemy. You can fly by pressing Jump and go on foot by pressing Jump again. Crawl on walls by holding Aim right next to a wall. You cannot use your weapons. Press the fire button to toss the blood for 500 slash damage which can be done 5 times before the blood trail regenerate (health does not regenerate). Press the melee button to have the blood deal damage within your radius for 700 slash damage. Cost 70 energy and drains 10 health per second.

You can never kill yourself when you have 10% health left. There will be a 10% mark at the HUD which displays your limits. You wont be able to perform the ability at that point until you gain more health.

Energy color would change the color of the blood. Meaning that you could either go full edgelord red or get creative.
