For my Mesa.... I believe her first power needs a rework. I really love her but there are some things I do struggle with.

Why? Because as useful ballistic battery sounds in paper, you don't have a good chance of using it in plenty of situations. Your teammates do the work before, or you don't have enough time to use it at full charge. I can use my peacemaker that deals much more damage in a short amount of time and is much more efficient.

Also I am questioning the fact that Ivara can run solo in survival missions only using her artemis bow while she can run around, but Mesa can't do the same with her regulators. She should be able to have agility when she is in peacemaker. Maybe she can lose certain tools when she moves like damage or field of view.
