Missing Focus Points

So I thought I'd do a real quick game or two to gain some focus points before I went to bed.

I ended up doing 2 games of Uranus survival, 10 and 15 mins long. First mission gained me about 1.5k focus while the second one netted 2.2k but I returned to my ship and found that I only got about 2k registered with my account.

Anyone else getting some missing focus point problems? I'll check again to see if I have the same issue tomorrow, but seeing as it's a feature beta, I thought it might be likely that it's glitched (albeit, a painfully big glitch if its true lol)
