Syndicates - I just can't decide

Basically, title. I've been avoiding the Syndicates up until now, not wanting to relegate myself to one side or another without making an educated decision.
But now, I almost feel like I really should get to one Syndicate sooner rather than later... I just can't decide which one. Anyone here have any opinions on which one a moderately capable Frame should take on?
