Did the new update break a bunch of stuff?

I just started playing yesterday, so my experience with the game is miniscule but since the update today I've been having a lot of problems I wasn't yesterday. So far..
My Paris is invisible, I can still use it it just isn't there.
Failing missions leaves my camera fixed where I died indefinitely, have to quit the game and restart it
Can't leave the arsenal, have to switch to market and back out from there
Couldn't click anything when the login reward was on the screen, so I either lost it or it auto collected ( I hope?)
Am I the only one this is happening to? If not how long do you think it will take for a fix?
