[Suggestion] DE, please give us a way to mark mods as "favorites"

The idea behind this is so that mods marked as favorites show up first for easy equipping.
The secondary function of marking a mod as a favorite is to make it unsellable, and unable to be fused into another mod so that you don't accidentally fuse it when you don't want to, and regret it later.
