Debating on Download, what keeps you playing?

Post Body

Like the title says, Iā€™m heavily considering downloading after learning more about this game. Iā€™ve been enjoying The First Descendent lately, but Iā€™ve heard the community and grind are much better in Warframe.

Is Warframe new player friendly, and for those that have been here awhile, what keeps the game fresh for you? Iā€™m worried about putting a couple hundred hours in and then feeling burnt out. Iā€™ve played LoL for 9 years and Iā€™m looking for another game that just ā€œsticksā€ if that makes sense.

EDIT: Thanks to everyone who wrote some good/funny reasons why they play the game. I plan on giving it a shot and watching some tutorials to get into it. Iā€™m not afraid to have a wiki open while I play so looking forward to the grind!

EDIT2: Fully aware that I may play the game 50-100 hours and still feel like Iā€™m ā€œin the tutorialā€ and am totally okay with that. Iā€™ve sunk hundreds of hours into Noita so I fully understand the struggle. Also yes I know the game is free but I currently juggle between LoL, Honkai, WuWa, and TFD. Time is my limiting factor and Iā€™m not super invested into TFD yet.

EDIT3: Downloaded and played a mission or two as Volt! The first time I shot my weapon while diving in air I thought I activated bullet time somehow. 10/10 would matrix again. Debating on spending a little money to speed up my early game. Any frames, weapons, or mods I should consider investing into early?
