What are the most important daily missions/tasks to do?

Hi everyone! Returning player here, feeding frames to the Helminth and just wondering whether this is worth making a priority for long term, or whether gathering daily focus/sortie/steel path progression/kuva farming for rivens/syndicate progression/other missions are more important instead?
There's so many things to do now that it's a bit overwhelming and I'm not sure what to prioritise, thanks in advance ✨
