Amazon Prime Cosmetics Question

So I'm not seeing this asked anywhere, been trying to find a definite answer; have yet to see it. Neither here or on the official Warframe access points.
Will all the Amazon Prime cosmetics eventually be acquirable to everyone else who doesn't link/buy into the Amazon Prime promotion? For example the Kudzon Ephemera or Ogris Iridos Skin, since they're not acquirable any longer, will people be able to get it at a later point either for free or through the Prime Access/Varzia at Maroo's Bazaar?
