If the rumors are correct, GW will add 15 new factions next year and they will all be preexisting ones.

I believe GW could have made something akin to underworlds by releasing a new season of Warcry with a new setting. 8 new warbands grouped around a faction/race. For instance, 8 beastmen warbands coming from different realms. 8 Skaven warbands from different clans. 8 Orruk warbands from different tribes. I mean, it would be cool and people in AOS would love to supplement their armies with these warbands.
