How long did it take former Warsaw Pacts members or SSRs to fully (or at least sufficiently) transition to NATO standards?

Obviously this is a broad question, so I'm sure Poland was different than Bulgaria, which was different from Estonia. But if you can speak to the process for any given country, please do. I imagine a country with a major military like Poland would have a harder time doing so than a much smaller nation like Latvia.

Bonus question: Many former Eastern Bloc NATO members continue to operate Soviet vehicles in their armored forces, among other things. Do these countries have a shared logistics network, and how does this impact NATO interoperability?
