Solo Dinner at Disney Springs the evening I get in; any suggestions?

I’ve only been to Disney Springs once and that was 5 years ago. I wasn’t there long and didn’t eat any food, but I’d love to explore and have dinner there my first night. Are there any places that are great for a solo diner? I’m totally fine squeezing myself into the bar area or sitting at a table alone, I just want some delicious food and ambiance! Thanks!
