Could use some advice; should I make dining reservations for every night or just wing it?

My husband and I are staying May 12th-19th and I am getting so conflicted! I want to make sure that we enjoy the parks to the fullest, but also want to make some dinner reservations.

I was looking at what I have tentatively planned, and I feel like I'm overbooking our days. We plan to hit the parks early every morning, but I have reservations almost every day at 8pm for dinner. What if we aren't done exploring the parks? What if we aren't hungry yet cause we have snacked? Am I just panicking for no reason?

What do ya'll do? Should I only make reservations for like half of our trip and just go eat when we get hungry for the rest of the time? Help!
