I am currently at Disney World. I have the magic band. My family and I have been to a few of the character spots and linked the pictures to our Magic Band. Today while at Hollywood Studios my wife and I Used a fast pass for The Tower of Terror. We did not link our Fast Pass with the ride photo. About 30 mins later the picture showed up in the Photo Pass tab in the Disney app.

I thought they just used my fast pass to link the ride photo. So here is the part that is scary....

I went in the singles line on the Aerosmith roller coaster. No one else in my family was on the ride or around the ride. They stayed near Fairfax Fare. I was paired with a total random person. I rode the ride and did not even look at the ride photo. 30 mins later my photo from that ride was in my Photo Pass.

Disney is either tracking me with my RF chipped Magic Band or Disney has crazy good facial recognition software.
