Setting up Magic Mobile: Google Wallet, and Apple Watch

I'm a little confused about the best way to go about setting up Magic Mobile for multiple users:
My husband and I have Google Wallet, while my 2 kids have Apple watches. I'm the only one who has a MDE account. Should they all download the app themselves and get their own login so they can use magic mobile? How would I link them since they're all in my account? Thank you for your help!
