Took a lot of advice from this page and finally got reactivated today. Just kept bothering and emailing them every day! Still don’t understand or know why I was deactivated in the first place (the reason listed makes no sense) but we are back.
Just kept copying and pasting the same message about needing an explanation, and requesting pre-arbitration
