For anyone in a small town with 1 walmart to their zone or anyone smart enough to recognize spark drivers on the job.
It amazes me how many people get activated in my zone every couple months then they either quit or get deactivated within weeks of starting I've been gigging for over 2 years now and I do exactly what is expected of me I pick up orders and deliver the orders the end. I've been on spark exclusive since last year and I just don't understand how hard it is to do the job to make money I hear from associates about every new spark driver that thinks they can use the app to steal a bunch of stuff during a shop and deliver. As if the 5 main self checkout associates aren't familiar with the average order size and can look on their end to see what we are supposed to have. Just this morning I saw a new driver for the first time getting the ugly eye from the associate and as they went to walk out the AP walked up to them to go through the buggy.
I am familiar with most the employees at this point and get told all the time how myself and 2 other drivers are the only ones who never get complaints from customers and never steal anything. I know the 3 of us also spark full time for our incomes I guess everyone else is just a thief or an idiot.
