Converting Items to WFS

I work for an e-commerce seller. The thing that’s been a major obstacle for my job has been converting items to WFS either from existing SF status or straight to WFS. My Walmart rep told me to pay attention to the Feed Status but it’s like looking for one in a million in there since we sell so many SKUs, and the allowable lookback period is 3-4 days. It’s literally the dumbest tool on the website.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
