Over pricing rule

How does Walmart get away with this over pricing rule ?? They unpublish your item if your higher on it then Amazon. Also I have had instances where no one else is selling my item and they still unpublished my shit !?! Anyway around this crap ? Just cause some jackass is selling it on Amazon and making a nickel per sale don’t mean I only wanna make a nickel!
