So my Store Manager takes the 5 points very seriously for some reason and has no mercy even for great employees. But anyways I have 4.5 points have a shift for 4.30 hours tomorrow but I have 4.15 hours of ppto . Missing that 15 mins will I still get .5 occurrences and will it put me at 5 points already? I don’t have any coming off any time soon I have to wait till December .
