Team lead (not mine) tried to tell me I could lose my 15 minute break. Is that legal?
Post Body

They were saying that if I donโ€™t take my break by a certain time in my shift then I would lose it because they wanted me to re-shop (which I had already done some before that anyway). Tbh I get busy sometimes and lose track of time.

Is this legal? I was under the impression these breaks were required by law

P.sโ€ฆ. IMO if they are going to mandate that you take your breaks by a certain time or at certain time intervals, then they should put it in writing.
