To make a long story short. I went through orientation and onboarding. Before all this, I marked my availability from opening to 8 at night. The very first schedule assigned and they assigned most of my nights to stay past that time. Talked to the one in charge of my department for front end and told them.


Told that they needed someone to fulfill those positions and if I couldn't be available. I needed to be replaced. I tried to haggle and say the latest I could do is till 9 at night. Wouldn't negotiate or anything. So I told I'll see what I can do. Well, nothing could be done on my end. So I turned my vest in this morning. I feel pretty shitty currently. Was sort of excited to go down this path after 8 years in warehouse but I really don't wanna be disrespected and taken advantage of like so.
