I inherited a few hundred of these 1 Troy ounce 0.999 silver coins. Knowing nothing about silver, I see them selling for >$35/per but the silver price is around $21. Is the rest commercial markup or based on demand? I took them to a coin shop and the guy wanted to know what I wanted for them, then offered $22/per. Is this a fair price? Thanks!

EDIT: Thank you all for your help on this and educating someone new to this!
