Troll master 2 adjustments

Can anybody give me a run down on how to properly adjust the throttle linkage and servo motor on a troll master 2 that’s installed on a 98 mercury 9.9 four stroke kicker? I have it all installed and working but I can’t get it to go past roughly 180 on the controller before it is at max throttle. Also it seems to even at idle still push my boat along at about 1.1-1.2 mph. I’m assuming I just need to adjust the actual idle rpm down on the motor some on the carb.
