I’ve been contacting whoever the shift lead is in charge and just messaging them and telling them I won’t be able to make it I’ve also done it with my past managers and it’s been okay now this new manager all of a sudden tried to yell @ me over the phone because I didn’t call the store and instead contacted the shift lead personally. I didn’t even know this was a rule since nobody ever said anything in the past or never had an issue with it but now all of a sudden new manager he wants to do things a very specific way.
