ESM position??

hi I’m 19 been with Walgreens for a year now my SM and DM just offered me an ESM position. My store manager said she thinks I’m a great candidate for it. I was hired last year as a CSA and now am an ISL. I hear good things from the old ESM who transferred to be an SM and I hear I might even be able to become an SM within a year. But any tips or facts abt what the ESM position is? My SM said it’s not a lot different from ISL besides the pharmacy aspect.
